Accurate Information: Sellers must provide authentic business details, including name, email, and active contact numbers.
Documentation: We may require legal documents such as Trade Licenses, NID/Passport copies, and Bank account details for identity and tax verification.
Approval: International Bazzar BD reserves the right to approve or reject any seller application based on internal quality standards.
As a seller, you are the face of your products. Transparency is key.
Accuracy: Product titles, descriptions, prices, and specifications must be 100% accurate and truthful.
Imagery: High-resolution, original images must be used. Misleading photos that do not match the actual product are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Items: Sellers must not list any counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items as per the laws of Bangladesh and international trade regulations.
Timely delivery is the backbone of customer trust.
Processing Time: Orders must be processed and handed over to the logistics partner within the agreed-upon timeframe (Lead Time).
Packaging: Sellers are responsible for secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking: Valid tracking information must be updated promptly on the seller dashboard.
We ensure a transparent and timely payment cycle for our partners.
Payout Cycle: Payments are processed after the successful delivery of the product and the completion of the return window.
Fees: Applicable marketplace commissions and service fees will be deducted as per the signed agreement.
Holdings: Payments may be withheld in the event of unresolved disputes, high return rates, or policy violations.
Sellers must prioritize customer satisfaction in case of issues.
Return Policy: Sellers are required to comply with the International Bazzar BD Return & Refund Policy.
Resolution: In case of defective or wrong products, the seller must cooperate to provide a swift replacement or refund.
Professionalism: Maintain a respectful and professional tone when communicating with buyers or our support team.
Data Privacy: Customer data (address/phone) must only be used for order fulfillment and never shared with third parties.
Anti-Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate ratings, provide fake reviews, or bypass the platform for direct sales will result in immediate termination.
Violation of these policies may lead to:
Removal of product listings.
Temporary or permanent suspension of the seller account.
Legal action in cases of financial fraud or intellectual property infringement.
