1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Incorrect or wrong items received are eligible for return.
Returns due to change of mind are generally not accepted unless stated otherwise by the seller.
2. Return Request Timeframe
Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

3. Return Process
We may request photo evidence of the product issue.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Please return the product in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
4. Refund and Exchange
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Return shipping costs due to seller error or damaged goods will be covered by International Bazzar BD.
For returns due to buyer’s preference (if accepted), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Exceptions
Perishable, customized, or intimate products are not eligible for return.
Products damaged due to buyer misuse will not be accepted for return.
