You can request a return if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
You request the return within 7 days of delivery.
Used or damaged products caused by customer mishandling.
Items without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
Perishable goods, personal care items, undergarments, etc.
Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return.
Click “Request Return” and choose a reason.
We’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to drop off at a designated point.
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your:
bKash/Nagad wallet
Bank account
Or as store credit/voucher, based on your preference
We may ask for product photos or videos to verify the issue.
Repeated return abuse may result in account review or restriction.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after returned product inspection.
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we bear full return cost.
If customer changes mind (not a product issue), return shipping may be deducted.
