To maintain fairness for both buyers and sellers, an item is eligible for return only if it meets one of the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective: The product arrived broken or has functional defects.
Incorrect Item: You received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered.
Missing Components: The package is incomplete or missing essential accessories.
Not as Described: There is a significant discrepancy between the website description/images and the actual product.
Note: "Change of Mind" returns are generally not accepted unless specifically offered by the individual seller on the product page.
7-Day Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Proof of Issue: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video or taking clear photos of the package and the product immediately upon delivery to expedite your claim.

Verification: Provide your order ID and photo/video evidence of the issue.
Condition of Item: The product must be returned in its original condition, including the brand box, price tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories. Items that show signs of use or damage by the buyer will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Inspection: Our quality control team will verify the claim within 2-3 business days.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Rocket, Bank, or Credit Card) within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a seller error or a defective product, International Bazzar BD will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (Food, plants, etc.).
Personalized or customized products.
Innerwear, lingerie, or certain beauty/cosmetic products (if the seal is broken).
Digital products or software.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the shipping process has started, the return policy will apply.
